Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise where strength meets mindfulness. With a focus on the core, you strengthen the body from the inside out, building stability, mobility, and a balanced posture. Many also describe reduced stress levels and a clearer mind.
Miriam is experienced in assisting and teaching everyone, from beginners to athletes. She will offer options so that all levels can work simultaneously.

Lovingly prepared, organic plant-based lunch featuring nutrient dense ingredients that will nourish you and nurture you. Camilla can’t wait to offer you food so tasty you will be wondering why every restaurant isn’t serving this kind of ‘health food,’ — delicious, filling and the kind that loves you back!

As we gather in circle the opportunity to be fully seen and held arises, as well as the chance to fully see each other. We get to listen and we get to be heard. We will explore a particular theme linked to the intention of the day.
There is something magical that happens when we come together and share from an authentic and openminded place, and listen to others while being fully present.
At the end Miriam will play her Crystal Tones® singingbowls and chimes — transporting you to melt into a deep rest beyond time and space.

We want to create a day where we get the chance to slow down, reflect, connect deeper with ourselves and each other.
You are welcome just as you are — here, everything is allowed.
During the day, we will focus on the individual process, but you will also have the opportunity to share some reflections in a group setting.
















THE PRACTICE APT
Camilla is opening up her beautiful space in the heart of Söder [Björngårdsgatan, Stockholm].
The Practice Apt combines a Living, Dining, and Kitchen area, and a cosy studio space, the perfect set-up for us an intimate gathering.

Welcoming, meditation and 60 min Pilates practice with Miriam.
Plant based lunch, beverages and fika prepared by Camilla.
Theme-based sharing circle with sound healing at the end.
The day closes with a transition activity that allows us to connect and shift from the teachings of the day into a warm hang-out space.

Camilla is the Founder of The Practice and The Practice Apt; she is a Creator, Educator, Nutritionist & Chef. She lectures and speaks to Wellness from a holistic point of view—integrating the physical, emotional, environmental and spiritual aspects of an individual’s life.
Camilla
Founder of "Bloom with Miriam" working as a Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and retreat host in Sweden and abroad. She is known for creating an including and warm atmosphere where one can explore what it means to be oneself and express it through movement, conversation, or stillness.
