4 weeks of high-quality pilates with Miriam.

In this small group everyone are seen and supported individually while working out together in the popular Pilates apparatus: Reformer, chair & cadillac.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a form of exercise where strength meets mindfulness. With a focus on the core, you strengthen the body from the inside out, building stability, mobility, and a balanced posture. Many also describe reduced stress levels and a clearer mind.

    Miriam is experienced in assisting and teaching everyone, from beginners to athletes. She will offer options so that all levels can work simultaneously.

  • Lovingly prepared, organic plant-based lunch featuring nutrient dense ingredients that will nourish you and nurture you. Camilla can’t wait to offer you food so tasty you will be wondering why every restaurant isn’t serving this kind of ‘health food,’ — delicious, filling and the kind that loves you back!

  • As we gather in circle the opportunity to be fully seen and held arises, as well as the chance to fully see each other. We get to listen and we get to be heard. We will explore a particular theme linked to the intention of the day.

    There is something magical that happens when we come together and share from an authentic and openminded place, and listen to others while being fully present.

    At the end Miriam will play her Crystal Tones® singingbowls and chimes — transporting you to melt into a deep rest beyond time and space.

  • We want to create a day where we get the chance to slow down, reflect, connect deeper with ourselves and each other.

    You are welcome just as you are — here, everything is allowed.
    During the day, we will focus on the individual process, but you will also have the opportunity to share some reflections in a group setting.

HEMBER STUDIO

Camilla is opening up her beautiful space in the heart of Söder [Björngårdsgatan, Stockholm].

The Practice Apt combines a Living, Dining, and Kitchen area, and a cosy studio space, the perfect set-up for us an intimate gathering.

  • WHEN: Mondays KL. 17:00-18:00

    WHERE: Tysta Gatan 9, Stockholm (Private Pilates Studio)

    INSTRUCTOR: Miriam Morgenstern

    NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 4 people

    PAYMENT: 2000 SEK for 4 weeks, 5800 SEK for 12 weeks.

    *an invoice will be sent to you that will be due the day we begin.

    • 4 × 60 min sessions of high quality Pilates training in the different apparatus; reformer, chair, cadillac.

    • Accountability – you are more likely to workout if you have something booked.

    • Support from me: hands on and verbal guidance

    • A sense of community and small group atmosphere

    • Safe, fun and challenging workouts

    • Workouts designed to target & reinforce your “weak links”

    • Deeper body awareness, enhanced strength, mobility, stability and sense of overall wellbeing.

    • All at a lower price point than regular 1:1 sessions

  • If you wish to cancel your spot in the group please let me know via email as soon as possible.

    In the event of a missed opportunity, there is no refund, but there is an opportunity to make up for a missed training: If you happen to be ill or for other reasons cannot attend, there is the opportunity to make up for the missed opportunity by coming as a guest in another group later on in the semester, when there is an availability.
