CLASS DESCRIPTION

The Build class is a pilates class designed to strengthen and shape your entire body, using the Pilates Chair. This multifunctional tool helps you build and reinforce muscles in the legs and the upper body that are usually not easily reached. Expect a challenging, fluid workout experience that leaves you feeling stronger, taller, more confident and invigorated.

A Garuda Slings class is put together to strengthen, stabilise and heal your body and mind, using the belt and the springs as equipment. Working with the Sling is unconventional, daring and challenging, as it teaches you to lean into and overcome your uncertainties. Expect a workout in which body, mind and soul come together; resulting in stronger legs, a more defined core, better balance, greater awareness and breakthrough moments that have you feel on top of the world.

The class is created to tone, strengthen and increase flexibility for your whole figure, based on the brilliant techniques of Pilates Matwork. The Mat is a simple but effective tool that allows you to develop an understanding that all physical motion originates from the core. Training does not get more versatile than with the Mat as your companion. Expect a mindful practice that improves focus, sensory awareness, posture and balance. Added benefits also include mood improvement, stress reduction and great abs.

Barre combines ballet with Pilates and weight training, into a dynamic, challenging class, with high tempo and energy. We train to the beat of the music, in a series of exercises making your muscles burn like never before. The training is done by the barre and we use various tools, e.g. tubes and dumbbells, to give you fast results and a toned body.

The Reformer class is a pilates class which involves strength and agility exercises in the exclusive Pilates machine, giving you a full body workout. The spring system in the reformer enables resistance work that cannot be targeted solely by using body weight. The class offers challenging training working your strength, endurance, balance and mobility.
