  • SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE PILATES EXERCISES ON YOUR MAT AT HOME

    This Pilates Matwork Live Online Course is great for anyone looking for a high quality foundation to get the most out of your movement classes.

    Especially good for understanding how to connect to different muscle groups, with simple measures learn how to make small adjustments in exercises to move in an optimal way. We will go through different themes every week and use a playful approach making movement fun and explorative.

    This course is a great fit for anyone on the new beginner path or the mover curious to learn Pilates exercises and get to know their own body.

  • — 4 x Classes: Pilates Matwork live on zoom exploring different themes every week.

    — The option to replay the video if you missed one session or save it after the live session.

    Benefits: Pilates is an excellent workout for the core and overall body strength. Expect increased stability, mobility, flexibility and balance.

    Moving in this mindful way increases your body awareness, coordination and sense of wellbeing. All while promoting healthy joints and combining strengthening and stretching muscle groups on opposite sides of the body, to create balance and a greater postural alignment.

  • This course is great for everyone, but aimed mostly for anyone new to pilates/anyone who want a low impact workout with simple but efficient exercises targeting all muscle groups.

    Because of it’s many adaptations people of all ages and abilities can do pilates, including pregnant women.

A 4 WEEK BEGINNER PATH

Learn the fundamentals + basics through simple yet effective exercises.

A challenging faster paced flow + full body workout

  • FLOW IN AS FASTER PACE THROUGH PILATES EXERCISES ON YOUR MAT AT HOME

    A weekly Pilates Online Class great for anyone who have tried my classes in person or anyone who feel like a challenge. The class ends with a 10 minute sound bath where you lie down to integrate and rest.

    WEDNESDAYS, starting 14th February

    AT 12.00 (SWEDEN TIME)

    PRICE: 199kr/class

  • — 1 x Pilates Matwork live Class on zoom.

    — The option to replay the video for 1 week to practice when you please.
