Why we Rest

A COURSE AT STUDIO HEMBER, STHLM

IN OCTOBER WE JOURNEY WITHIN; REFLECT OVER OUR REST ETHIC AND UNCOVER A NATURAL STILLNESS, RELAXATION AND DEEPER TRUST.

  • Instead of giving you lectures I want to give you an experimental way of learning why rest is essential for our mental and physical health. In a society that rewards action, doing and constant progress we tend to sometimes fall into neglect and push through instead of slow down when our body is signaling it needs rest. 

    Our sessions start with a little talk about different themes linked to rest before we tap into the different rest practices. You will learn easy tools that you can rely on when you need it the most.

    This is more than a 4 week program.

    I want to leave you with a gift. On the first week I will give you access to a free app with plenty of resources for rest, handpicked from me to you. It’s going to be our little rest community. 

    My hope is to inspire you to continue resting between our sessions and after the course ends.
