During this event, Miriam will guide you through meditation, gentle yin poses, and sound healing. Singing bowls and chimes create healing vibrations that soften the inner noise, provide space for reflection, and help you reconnect with yourself. Many experience entering a deep state of rest —a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep—where time and space dissolve, allowing for recovery and cellular healing. We begin and end in a shared circle.
