Yoga Nidra

for Remembering your inner strength

Welcome to this rest practice.

Yoga Nidra is a great practice during the wintertime as we naturally cocoon ourselves, create our nests at home and tend to go within.

The intention behind the theme came to me when I felt like I needed that remembrance of inner strength myself. I found myself longing for that sense of safety and stability, at a point where I did not have much to cling to but myself and the practice.

This Yoga Nidra is all about feeling supported and safe, grounded and whole. I am looking to nature as our guide so we together can experience that inner softening.
