TERMS & CONDITIONS 2026:

Deposit & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 2,000 SEK is required upon booking to secure your spot.

  • When you sign up and submit the form, we will confirm your spot and room choice within a few days.

  • The remaining balance is due by March 1st 2026. Bookings made after this date will receive an invoice with the remaining balance upon confirmation.

  • If your final payment is not received by the due date, your spot may be released to another participant unless a written agreement is made with Miriam.

  • If you have booked a place in shared room and are traveling solo — and there is no other traveler to room you with, then you will be required to pay for a single room.

Cancellation by you / Refund Policy

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. If you need to cancel your retreat booking, please notify Miriam in writing. Your cancellation will take effect on the date your email is received. As organizing the retreat involves advance planning, administrative preparation, and commitments to our venue and partners, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation between 12th February – 12th April 2026

50% of the total retreat fee

Cancellation on or after 13th April 2026

Full payment of the retreat fee

  • If you cancel on or after 13th April, and you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (this is something you take care of yourself). Should you become ill or have an emergency, Miriam will do her best to transfer your place to someone if there is a waiting list.

  • The 2,000 SEK deposit is non-refundable in all cases and will be deducted from any refund due according to the above terms.

  • If you arrive late or need to leave the retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.


Retreat cancellation by Miriam

  • I understand that Miriam will only make changes to program dates if it is unavoidable, giving as much notice as possible.

  • If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer for any reason, all payments (including the deposit) will be fully refunded.

  • Please note that we are unable to cover personal expenses such as travel or work-related losses.

Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, or natural disasters.

Your Commitment

I understand that although we may discuss life and health issues, Miriam is not a medical doctor, physiotherapist or psycotheraphist and does not give diagnoses. I also understand that I am the only person who can take responsibility for my own long-term wellbeing. Miriam will support you to the best of her ability at all times during this weekend as a professional pilates, yoga and meditation teacher, sound and reiki facilitator.
