WHAT AWAITS YOU
-
During the Retreat we will move at least once a day, mostly in the mornings, with Pilates sessions designed to strengthen the core, improve stability, flexibility, balance, and promote healthy joints.
Miriam blends classical Pilates with contemporary methods like Garuda, creating flows that challenge both body and mind. All levels are welcome, with plenty of adaptations. Her classes are organic and playful, focusing on movement, breath, and body awareness, with personalised guidance to help you find joy and ease in every movement.
-
These practices will be integrated throughout the retreat, offering you daily opportunities to restore, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Each full day ends with deep rest class, helping you slow down and unwind before bedtime.
SOUND HEALING
This is a deeply calming experience where all you need to do is lie down and listen as Miriam plays chimes and Crystal Tones® singing bowls. As your brainwaves align with the sound waves, you are gently transported to a dreamlike state that feels timeless and expansive.YOGA NIDRA (non sleep deep rest)
A deeply relaxing guided meditation performed lying down, where Miriam is guiding through different elements like a body scan and breath moving you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra supports improved sleep, reduced stress, and profound relaxation, helping release both physical and mental tension.YIN YOGA
Passive poses of gentle stretching held for 3–5 minutes each, practiced in stillness with a mindful presence. Yin Yoga targets the fascia (connective tissue) rather than muscles, calming the mind and promoting deep physical and mental release.REIKI
A holistic hands-on healing method that nurtures every layer of your being, fostering deep relaxation and an overall sense of balance and well-being. -
Nature is an essential part of this retreat — a living space for reflection, support and renewal. Surrounded by meadows, forest, and open skies, we’ll practice both indoors and outdoors (if the weather permits us) letting the natural rhythms guide our pace and presence.
Through gentle rituals, we reconnect with the elements and remember our place within them. Nature becomes our teacher — reminding us to slow down, to breathe, and to come home to ourselves.
-
In the afternoon and evenings there will be free time for you to do exactly as you please. For example:
—Adventure to nearby beaches, a waterfall or the woods.
—Explore Österlens charming villages.
—Stay at the peaceful farm to rest, read, or just enjoy the surrounding nature.
-
Free writing and journaling have long been part of my daily life, helping me process experiences, explore my truth, and connect with my intuition.
At the retreat, you’ll have optional opportunities to journal, a short check-in in the morning, or during workshops. No experience is needed — and if you choose to try it, this practice can surprisingly reveal answers to questions you didn’t even know you had.
-
During the retreat we will focus on the individual process, but you will also have the opportunity to share some reflections in a group setting. We’ll explore topics aligned with the retreat’s themes in our opening and closing circles.
A sharing circle is a supportive space we will create together, where we can practice being fully seen and held — and truly seeing and listening to one another.
There is something magical that happens when we come together and share from an authentic and openminded place, and listen to others while being fully present.
Each guest-room has its own bathroom and opens onto views of the garden or meadows, thoughtfully designed with textures and details that invite you to fully unwind and reconnect with yourself.
The farm, lovingly cared for by Gitte and her family, radiates a calm, welcoming energy that sets the tone for our retreat.
Our yoga and movement sessions will take place in the beautiful, light-filled yoga room, and — if the weather allows — we’ll bring some practices outdoors, breathing in fresh air and nature’s serenity.
Around the property, you’ll find quiet corners, a sunny terrace, and a charming orangerie. Perfect spots for reading, relaxing, or sharing nourishing meals together.
OUR RETREAT HOME is a charming farmhouse surrounded by open fields and soft summer light
all FOOD WILL BE PREPARED BY OUR PRIVATE CHEF JOSEFIN
— ALSO KNOWN AS YOGAKÖKET
We are so fortunate to have Josefin preparing our meals throughout the weekend. She is an experienced retreat-chef who loves creating food experiences that engage all the senses.
Expect vibrant colors, aromas, and rich flavors coming together in plant-based, seasonal, and nourishing dishes — each with a playful twist.
Josefin’s meals are crafted to nurture harmony in body, mind, and spirit, turning every meal into a moment of presence, play, and pleasure.
