A PILATES & YOGA RETREAT IN SKÅNE

RETURN TO ANALOG

30. MAY — 3. JUNE 2026

    (4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS)

AT BÄDDAR & ÄNGAR

ÖSTERLEN — SWEDEN

GUIDED BY MIRIAM MORGENSTERN

BOOK YOUR SPOT HERE

During these four days in the Swedish countryside, we invite you to unplug — from screens, from schedules, from ‘shoulds’ and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

  • A RETREAT INSPIRED BY THE TIMES WE CURRENTLY LIVE IN.

Step away from screens, notifications, and constant distractions and time-travel back to the pre-internet days for a weekend. This retreat offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with nature, and immerse yourself in real-life experiences and meaningful connections.

No screens. No rush. Instead, time in nature, presence, movement, rest, nurturing food and community. You’ll discover what unfolds without constant notifications.

  • The human brain was not designed for the constant onslaught of information that modern technology provides. So thats why we have created a little addition to the retreat — a digital detox to inspire you to reflect upon your habits and how you use technology or how it uses you in your daily life.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

Phones and devices will be kept with Miriam in a designated space for the duration of the retreat. Your loved ones will be provided with Miriam’s phone number in case of an emergency and they need to reach you.

    FILLING THE VOID:

Meaningful days spent in nature, with daily movement, guided rest practices, and time for reflection. A chance to notice how life slows down when you fully embrace your humanness.

    WHY?

    • Reconnect with yourself – Slow down, tune into your body.

    • Be fully present – Without devices, every moment becomes richer and more meaningful.

    • Rebuild focus and clarity – Give your mind a break from information overload and constant stimulation.

    • Deepen connections – Experience authentic interactions with others and with nature.

    • Rediscover joy in simplicity – Notice the small pleasures of life that screens often overshadow.

A digital detox isn’t about rejecting technology — it’s about reclaiming balance, presence, and your ability to experience life fully. For a weekend, you give yourself permission to pause, recharge, and return home feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired.

  • Please note that our schedule might change, but stays like this in it’s core.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

  • During the Retreat we will move at least once a day, mostly in the mornings, with Pilates sessions designed to strengthen the core, improve stability, flexibility, balance, and promote healthy joints.

Miriam blends classical Pilates with contemporary methods like Garuda, creating flows that challenge both body and mind. All levels are welcome, with plenty of adaptations. Her classes are organic and playful, focusing on movement, breath, and body awareness, with personalised guidance to help you find joy and ease in every movement.

  • These practices will be integrated throughout the retreat, offering you daily opportunities to restore, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Each full day ends with deep rest class, helping you slow down and unwind before bedtime.

    SOUND HEALING
This is a deeply calming experience where all you need to do is lie down and listen as Miriam plays chimes and Crystal Tones® singing bowls. As your brainwaves align with the sound waves, you are gently transported to a dreamlike state that feels timeless and expansive.

YOGA NIDRA (non sleep deep rest)
A deeply relaxing guided meditation performed lying down, where Miriam is guiding through different elements like a body scan and breath moving you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra supports improved sleep, reduced stress, and profound relaxation, helping release both physical and mental tension.

    YIN YOGA
Passive poses of gentle stretching held for 3–5 minutes each, practiced in stillness with a mindful presence. Yin Yoga targets the fascia (connective tissue) rather than muscles, calming the mind and promoting deep physical and mental release.

    REIKI
A holistic hands-on healing method that nurtures every layer of your being, fostering deep relaxation and an overall sense of balance and well-being.

  • Nature is an essential part of this retreat — a living space for reflection, support and renewal. Surrounded by meadows, forest, and open skies, we’ll practice both indoors and outdoors (if the weather permits us) letting the natural rhythms guide our pace and presence.

Through gentle rituals, we reconnect with the elements and remember our place within them. Nature becomes our teacher — reminding us to slow down, to breathe, and to come home to ourselves.

  • In the afternoon and evenings there will be free time for you to do exactly as you please. For example:

—Adventure to nearby beaches, a waterfall or the woods.

    —Explore Österlens charming villages.

—Stay at the peaceful farm to rest, read, or just enjoy the surrounding nature.

  • Free writing and journaling have long been part of my daily life, helping me process experiences, explore my truth, and connect with my intuition.

At the retreat, you’ll have optional opportunities to journal, a short check-in in the morning, or during workshops. No experience is needed — and if you choose to try it, this practice can surprisingly reveal answers to questions you didn’t even know you had.

  • During the retreat we will focus on the individual process, but you will also have the opportunity to share some reflections in a group setting. We’ll explore topics aligned with the retreat’s themes in our opening and closing circles.

A sharing circle is a supportive space we will create together, where we can practice being fully seen and held — and truly seeing and listening to one another.

There is something magical that happens when we come together and share from an authentic and openminded place, and listen to others while being fully present.

WHAT HAS BEEN SAID ABOUT MY RETREATS

AT BÄDDAR & ÄNGAR

  • The Retreat space was beautiful, peaceful and made us feel like we were in a little “bubble,” unaware of the outside world.

Words are not enough to describe how amazing Miriam is as a retreat host. There is no one like her. She is so present, warm, reassuring, empathetic, loving, and inspiring. It’s because of Miriam that I chose to go on a Retreat — she made me feel safe.
